Due to the increasing number of Chargeback Fraud we’ve experienced over the past few years, we’ve updated our tire delivery process to better protect both our business and our customers. Our “What To Expect At Delivery” policy is designed to help reduce fraudulent chargebacks while allowing us to continue offering quality tires at the lowest prices possible. As a small, locally owned business, we’re proud to serve customers throughout Georgia. We truly appreciate your understanding and support, and we hope this new delivery policy provides a smooth experience without discouraging you from choosing us for your tire needs.
A Chargeback fraud occurs when a customer intentionally disputes a legitimate transaction to obtain a refund while keeping the product or service, a practice often referred to as “friendly fraud”. Merchants are the victims, losing revenue and facing costly fees and the merchants must provide evidence to dispute and defend against the chargeback.
What To Expect At Delivery:
- Ensure You Are Present: As the purchaser, you must be present to accept the tire delivery. We do not leave tires unattended or allow someone else to sign for your tires.
- Proof of Identity: You must provide a valid government-issued photo ID to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
- Verification Process: The delivery driver will scan your ID as proof of delivery, along with collecting your signature. Your personal information will not be stored for more than 30 days.
- If No Identification Is Provided: If you cannot provide a valid government-issued ID, the delivery driver will not complete the delivery. Your tires will be returned to our warehouse, and you will receive a full refund within 5 to 7 business days or, in some cases, a store credit toward a future purchase.
- Expected Delivery Time: Most deliveries occur between 3 PM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Be sure to follow your tire tracking email for the latest delivery status.
Sunday Delivery: Due to our What To Expect At Delivery Policy we are now offering a Sunday delivery for customers that aren’t available to receive their tire order in person during the normal week. You can request a Sunday Delivery by selecting the Sunday Delivery Tab, however you must place an order by 11:00 am on Friday. Sunday tire deliveries will be delivered between the hours of 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Be sure to follow your tire tracking email for delivery status. Please Note: This service is for customers located within our delivery area.
Please Note: We do not stock tires at our corporate office location all tires are stored at one of our 8 local distribution centers.
