Due to the increasing number of Chargeback Fraud that we have encountered over the last few years, we have implemented a new way on how we delivery tires to our customers. Our “What To Expect At Delivery” policy is our way of cutting down on Chargeback Fraud, so that we can continue providing tires at the lowest price possible. We are a very small business that is trying to serve our home state of Georgia proudly and we hope that our new policy don’t deter valuable customers from purchasing new tires from us.
A Chargeback fraud occurs when a customer intentionally disputes a legitimate transaction to get their money back and keep the product or service, a practice often called “friendly fraud”. Merchants are the victims, losing revenue and facing costly fees, and we as merchants must provide evidence to fight the chargeback.
